This role will involve providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced emergency environment. Shift Information Nights: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each 36 hours per week Holiday rotation required No on-call duties Every 4th weekend required Unit Details Patient Types: Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Medical Surgical, and other Pediatric specialties Potential to float to NICU, General Floor B3, and PICU Staffing Ratios: 1:4 Bed Size: 12 Qualifications At least 24 months of pediatric experience required At least 15 months of experience in a Pediatric Emergency Room Recent experience with EPIC electronic medical record systems required Completed at least one travel contract within the past 18 months De-escalation certification preferred Licensure and Certifications Active Iowa/IA license or compact/multi-state license required AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required TNCC certification required Orientation Details Orientation date is scheduled for January 4th.Modern Healthcare Solutions Job ID #38334639.
