About the role

Pediatric / Fetal Echo Sonographer supporting NICU, PICU, and Cardiac ICU. Perform fetal congenital heart disease studies (22+ weeks), pediatric cardiac, and adult congenital echocardiography. Requires extensive knowledge of congenital and unusual non‑congenital heart disease, plus ECMO experience including bedside weans and catheter placement. Orientation 1–2 weeks; scrubs: Caribbean Blue. Equipment: Philips; EMR/PACS: Epic / Fuji CV Synapse.

Responsibilities

• Perform echo studies (fetal, pediatric, adult congenital)
• Recognize and respond to emergent situations
• Communicate findings with cardiologists
• Maintain ultrasound equipment
• Log procedures and handle billing documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year pediatric sonography experience
• BLS certification required
• ARDMS certification required
• ECMO experience required (bedside weans and catheter placement)
• Extensive knowledge of congenital and unusual non‑congenital heart disease
• Preferred: Pediatric Echocardiography registry
• Preferred: Fetal Echo experience; Adult Echo experience a plus

• Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (8‑hour days)
• 40 hours per week
• No weekends
• No call
• Closed on major holidays
• No floating

Pay

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours/week (subject to confirmation); tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
