Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Minneapolis, MN. This position involves providing family-centered, nurse-led care to infants, children, and adolescents with cardiothoracic and trauma conditions. Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, including straight days or nights, with each shift lasting 12 hours. Minimum weekly hours are 48.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minnnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license or Minnesota Temporary Permit - RN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Two (2) years PICU nursing experience, including care for pre-operative and immediate post-operative PICU surgical patients, trauma patients, or two (2) years pediatric cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) nursing experience with competence in caring for pre-operative, immediate post-operative cardiac surgical patients, and pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
