About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bangor, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
Requirements
- At least two proven years experience as an RN.
- Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Maine.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Knowledge of progressive care unit practices and procedures.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
