About the role
Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Sentara CarePlex Hospital, a Magnet‑recognized, 224‑bed acute‑care facility and Certified Primary Stroke Center in Hampton, Virginia.
Schedule
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12‑hour days
- Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay
Pay rate: $2,470.00 – $2,596.00 (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of intermediate care (IMC) experience within the last 3 years
- Certifications: BLS‑AHA; ACLS‑AHA; CERT‑NIH Stroke Scale
- Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and float assignments
- Scrub color: Navy Blue
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended
Preferred Qualifications
- Compact RN license in‑hand
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR
