Travel PCU RN - $2,330 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a PCU - Progressive Care Unit RN for a travel nursing assignment in Omaha, Nebraska.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on August 17, 2026, with a schedule of 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adults and geriatric patients with cardiac, nephrology, and stroke conditions, as well as manage diabetes mellitus (DM) and continuous EEG monitoring.
• Titrate drips, including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications.
• Pass a pass/fail RN exam with a score of 90% during orientation on skills learned.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills in an acute care team environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA).
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (AHA).
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
• Valid driver’s license (required at submittal to determine eligibility under the 50-mile radius rule).
• Ability to work in an acute care setting with a focus on teamwork and support.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred but not required.
• Experience with titratable drips and managing complex patient conditions.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
