About the role
Travel nursing assignment in Marquette, Michigan for a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Duration is 13 weeks with 36 guaranteed hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Call requirements only if census is low
Responsibilities
- Provide care for PCU/stepdown patient population
- Float as required
- Patient ratios: 1:5-6 for cardiac patients, 1:3-4 for PCU/stepdown patients
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 1 year of PCU or stepdown experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
Work Environment
- 36-bed unit
- Telemetry monitoring equipment
- Cerner EHR system
