Schedule Night shift: 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Neuro Unit. The successful candidate will provide care to a diverse patient population, floating between multiple facilities as needed based on staffing requirements. The unit manages a mix of Medical-Surgical (MS) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) patients, and the nurse will be responsible for floating to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for downgraded PCU patients. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with neuro conditions. Float between five designated hospitals based on staffing needs. Manage patient care effectively in a mixed acuity setting. Perform assessments and develop care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols. Monitor and interpret vital signs and patient status. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of Neuro nursing experience required. Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and ASLS certifications.
