Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Provide patient and family education
- Demonstrate leadership through delegation, mentoring/precepting, and teamwork
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care and quality outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years of acute care RN experience
- Nursing Diploma or ASN
- Active RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
