ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Richmond, Virginia. The Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Telemetry unit is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work effectively within a team and provide critical monitoring and care to cardiac patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret EKG readings.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient conditions.
• Prioritize and modify patient care based on changing conditions.
• Provide timely notifications to physicians regarding patient changes.

Requirements

• Telemetry experience with the ability to read EKGs is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Schedule

• Duration: 13-week contract
• Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
