The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, particularly in managing patients with tracheostomies and related respiratory conditions. The RN will work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. Qualifications Required: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Experience working with tracheostomy patients Current ACLS and BLS certifications Preferred: Previous experience using Cerner EMR Typical Procedures Tracheostomy care Chest tube management Wound dressing changes Best Personality Fit The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a high level of clinical competence, adapting to evolving patient needs in a dynamic healthcare environment. Dress Code Scrub color: Navy blue Work Schedule The RN will be required to work 6 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) within a 6-week period.
