Travel PCU RN - $1,875 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Englewood, Colorado. The role is a hospital contract for a Stepdown/IMC/PCU RN, with a start date of November 16, 2026, and a duration of 12 weeks (contract length also noted as 13 weeks). The position requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts, employment type is travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high‑acuity cardiac unit.
• Administer drips including heparin, tikosin, diltiazem, amiodarone, nitro, Lasix, ketamine.
• Perform chest tube placement, removal, and other procedures.
• Monitor patient status using telemetry, transport monitors, and other equipment.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses and PCTs to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS & NIH certification.
• Minimum 1‑year current PCU experience.

Pay

Pay range: $1,793.84 – $1,883.53 (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with a typical shift window of 05:00 – 17:00.
