Travel PCU RN - $1,840 per week
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Nashville, Tennessee.
About the role
This 13-week travel nursing contract offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 in a hospital setting. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neuro stepdown patients, managing complex protocols such as ventilators, Trachs, and titrating cardiac drips.
- Monitor patient vital signs and progress, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during bedside shift reports and daily huddles.
- Foster personal connection with patients and document accurately using the Meditech system.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including certification requirements (BLS and ACLS) and dress code standards.
