About the role
We are seeking a qualified Stepdown RN to join our dedicated nursing team. This position requires a skilled and compassionate nurse who is experienced in caring for patients in a step-down unit setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care for assigned patients in a step-down unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- NIHSS certification preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with Holiday Rotation. Requires weekend coverage every other weekend.
