Travel PCU RN - $1,734 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Brevard, North Carolina.
About the Role
This travel nursing assignment lasts 13 weeks, starting on September 14, 2026. The position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.
Responsibilities
- Function in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Perform IV starts, central venous line (CVL) management, arterial line care, Foley catheter insertion, EKG monitoring, and wound care
- Work within a Team-Based Care model in an acute care setting
- Use Cerner as the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required prior to the end of orientation)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (required prior to the end of orientation)
Preferred Qualifications
- ICU or Stepdown experience
- At least 1 year of med/surg experience
Dress Code
- Nurses: Navy blue scrubs
- Nursing Assistants (NAs): Galaxy or royal blue scrubs

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
