About the Role

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care or step-down unit
• Perform cardiac monitoring and interpret patient data
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients
• Manage high-acuity patient populations in a 211-bed acute care hospital setting

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (Compact accepted)
• 2 years of PCU experience
• ACLS certification
• SSN and DOB required for submission
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last year

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records (EMR)
• Experience in high-acuity settings

Pay

Pay rate: $1629.00 - $1713.00 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts
