About the role

PCU Registered Nurse position in Johnson City, TN at an acute care hospital (Level 1 trauma, 569 beds). The facility accepts compact licenses and requires Epic charting experience. Nurse‑to‑patient ratios are 1:7 on nights and weekends. Assignment length is 13 weeks, day shift, 4×12‑hour schedule (06:30‑19:00). Start date 10/11/2026. One opening available.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU/stepdown experience.
• Active TN nursing license or compact license.
• BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications required.
