About the role

PCU Registered Nurse position in Johnson City, TN at an Acute Care Hospital (Level 1 Trauma, 569 beds). Patient ratios are 5:1 on nights and weekends. Assignment length is 13 weeks, starting 10/11/2026, with 1 opening. Charting system: Epic. Compact license accepted and charting experience required. Shift: Days, schedule: three 12‑hour shifts (06:30‑19:00).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU/stepdown experience.
• Active TN nursing license or Compact license.
