Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of current Medical-Surgical/Telemetry-PCU RN experience required
• Kentucky RN License or Compact RN License required
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification required

Unit Details

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5–6
• Meditech EMR experience preferred

Schedule & Floating

• Floating is required within the RN's scope of practice
• Every other weekend required
• Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated

Important Assignment Information

• All facilities follow a 36/48-hour schedule over each two-week pay period unless otherwise specified on the job order.
• Patient ratios may vary based on patient census, staffing levels, and call-offs.
• Orientation is held bi-weekly.
• The listed start date reflects the required assignment start date.
• Travelers must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify.
• Local candidates are not accepted.
