About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a progressive care unit setting.
- Perform duties according to the standards of practice for the registered nurse.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in progressive care unit settings preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of August 24, 2026, and a duration of 13 weeks.
