About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the PCU setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain one
- Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU or Med-Surg experience with step-down experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and efficiently
