Travel PCU Registered Nurse - $2,198 per week

About the role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Cherry Hills, Colorado. The assignment is scheduled to start on July 9, 2026, and has a duration of 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage trauma patients, including chest tube management, trach care, and suctioning
• Perform procedures such as placing chest tubes and bedside bronchoscopy management
• Demonstrate proficiency in NIH protocols and Meditech experience
• Provide care in a team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PCU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NIH protocols
• Prior Meditech experience
• Ability to manage chest tubes, trauma patients, trachs, and suction
• Skills in performing procedures such as placing chest tubes and bedside bronchoscopy management
