Location: Asheville, North Carolina – Hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the PCU and clinical decision units.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation within Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain telemetry monitoring and manage bedside monitors.
• Adhere to hospital unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code guidelines.
• Support quick patient turnover with efficient and compassionate care.
• Float to other units as needed and work as a positive team player.
