Travel PCU Registered Nurse - $1,821 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a PCU/Stepdown RN for a travel nursing assignment in Hermitage, Tennessee. This assignment lasts 13 weeks and is scheduled to start on May 20, 2026.
About the Role
This is a travel nursing position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The role requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Interpret EKG rhythms
- Manage cardiac drips, insulin drips, and heparin drips
- Operate bipaps, high flow O2, and multiple oxygen delivery systems
- Provide stroke and post-cardiac cath care
- Administer tube feedings and manage NG/dobhoff tubes
- Perform peritoneal dialysis (preferred)
- Insert and manage dobhoff/NG tubes, central line dressing changes, and troubleshoot wound vacs
- Assist with thoracentesis, paracentesis, and chest tube insertions (advanced skills)
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Critical thinking skills
- Experience in a PCU or Stepdown unit
- Peripheral IV skills (preferred)

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
