Travel PCU Registered Nurse - $1,616 per week

About the role

A 13-week, 36-hour-per-week position in a 44-bed step-down unit with a medically complex patient population. Shifts are 12 hours, days.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with medically complex conditions
• Administer drips including heparin, insulin, cardizem, nicardipine, and dobutamine
• Provide care in a progressive care unit setting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• Experience in progressive care units preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
