About the role
A pediatric Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - also known as Stepdown unit - travel nurse position is available for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Document all patient interactions and treatments
Requirements
- At least two years of proven experience as an RN
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Nebraska
- BLS certification required
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pediatric care practices

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours long, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
