• Trauma Level: Facility Specific

• Telemetry on the unit monitoring
• Titrating Cardiac drips
• Accessing/Managing Ports
• Blood Product Administration
• Central line care/management
• Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)
• Feeding tube care and management
• Heparin Protocols
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Isolation Precautions/PPE
• Management of dysrhythmias
• Nasal Cannula
• Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent
• PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia)
• PICC line management
• Renal failure
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• Wound Care/Wound Vac

Charting System Experience

Preferred experience with Epic

Float Requirement

Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed

License

Travelers need both Kansas and Missouri or compact license in hand at time of submission. Pending licenses are not accepted.

Other Requirements

• Experience with adults and geriatrics in a community hospital setting with a focus on post cath patients
