Travel PCU / Med-Surg Tele RN - $3,077 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a PCU - Progressive Care Unit RN for a travel nursing assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on August 23, 2026, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts and a total of 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Stepdown setting.
• Float onsite within your skill set or to nearby facilities within 40 miles as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience.
• RN Step Down (PCU) specialty exam and skills completed.
• Accepts both Med/Surg or Stepdown RN with the same credentialing required for both skills.
• Required certifications: Nursys license verification, Professional Ascension Badge Photo.
• Travel experience and EPIC experience preferred.

• License/Certificate Verification.
• Health checks: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations, Ascension Color Vision, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA.
• Ascension Specialty Exam and Skills Checklist.
• Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen.
• Ascension Education Verification and Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding.
• Ascension Employment Verification.
• Optional: Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD-Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Health Statement, Name Change Document.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
