About the role

A travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit is needed for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, working 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Care for critically or chronically ill cancer patients
• Administer chemotherapy
• Implement new methods of symptom treatment
• Maintain patient progress
• Create a supportive environment
• Specialize in areas like pediatric hematology/oncology or breast cancer
• Manage cancer patients through all stages of their conditions
• Provide education on treatment options, procedures, and disease specifics

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Oncology setting
