Job Notes

- Previous Mission experience preferred

- Acute care experience/critical care/procedural

- Strong communication, coaching, and teaching skills

- Comfort rounding on units and engaging staff in real-time education

- Ability to work independently while following established education plans and content

- Ability to support flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends

- Previous experience in nursing education, clinical teaching, competency validation, nurse residency or transition-to-practice training, preceptor development, skills validation, staff onboarding or orientation is helpful

- Familiarity with high-risk education, regulatory readiness, quality/safety initiatives, or survey response work (training/orientation will be provided)

- Comfort using education tracking tools, dashboards, LMS platforms, or competency checklists (training/orientation will be provided)
