Job Details
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pathology or related biological discipline.
- Bachelor's degree from a NAACLS accredited institution as a pathologists assistant with didactic and clinical training in anatomic pathology, specifically surgical and autopsy pathology.
- Bachelor's degree must be in Health Sciences or other biological discipline.
- ASCP certification as an on-the-job trained Pathologists Assistant in a hospital laboratory performing technical duties related to anatomic pathology, with documented competencies in processing specimens.
Schedule
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026. The position is scheduled for evenings as needed, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. The role involves lifting a minimum of 30 lbs., standing for at least 5 hours daily, and performing various specimen processing and classroom support tasks as directed.
