• Required Certifications & Skills:
  • Cut and stain frozen sections
  • Hospital clinical laboratory
  • Macroscopic description of gross anatomic features
  • Masters degree
  • Obtain biological samples for flow cytometry
  • Obtain/Review patient clinical information (ex. Scans, X-rays, Lab results)
  • Performs gross examination and dissection of large/complex specimens
  • Performs gross examination and dissection of small biopsies
  • Prepares tissues for histological processing
  • Sectioning surgical pathology specimens
  • Certifications: ASCP - PA
