Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care in the Operating Room and associated departments.
- Monitor and manage patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist in outpatient surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Utilize Epic charting system for documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including anesthesia and surgical staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, specifically in an OR setting.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Valid PA or compact RN license required.
- Experience in procedural nursing (GI/OR/Moderate Sedation) is necessary.
- Previous charge experience is preferred.
