Travel PACU RN - $2,252 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Post Anesthesia Care (PACU) assignment in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

About the Role

This is a travel nursing position in a hospital setting. The contract is for 13 weeks with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts (11:00 AM to 11:30 PM) for a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a hospital PACU setting.
• Monitor patient EKGs, review strips, and consult physicians for official readings.
• Assist with patient recovery, including ICU recoveries when ICU beds are unavailable.
• Support bedside procedures for patients on vents, BiPap, and Cpap.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow and care transitions.

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• PACU experience preferred; ICU or ED experience also helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment as a travel nurse.

Pay

Pay range: $2,155.00 - $2,262.75 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
