Travel PACU RN - $2,227 per week

About the Role

Stanford Hospital & Clinics, a Magnet Facility known worldwide for advanced patient care, is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This travel-friendly facility is consistently ranked among the top hospitals in the nation for advanced care in areas such as cancer treatment, cardiac care, neurology, orthopedic surgery, and organ transplants. This assignment offers an opportunity to develop your skill set as a travel nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients in the PACU.
• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery.
• Manage patient airways, pain levels, and vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 3 years of PACU experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (copies needed).
• 1 reference from the last 12 months.
• Current PACU SCL and reference.
• Experience from a large teaching facility or level 1 trauma center.
• Must comply with the 60-mile radius rule.

Pay

Pay rate: $2171.00 – $2283.00 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

13-week duration, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts available on days and nights.
