Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse, PACU
- Experience: 2 years
- Licenses: RN-MA
- Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history
- References: 2 References in the last 48 months
- Include past 7 years of work experience (If less than 7 years of Nursing experience, non-clinical work history must be provided to fulfill 7-year WH requirement here)
- 2 references within 4 years of submission. Minimum 1 Supervisor or above, in skillset
- RN License Copy On-File (no temp)
- Education must include city and state
- Can Pass Fit Test: Y/N Answered
- Flu Vax: On File or Willing to Obtain Answered (Declinations Not Accepted)
