Travel PACU RN - $1,931 per week

About the role

Travel nurse RN PACU position in Pomona, California. 13‑week assignment, 36 hours per week, 11‑hour day shifts. Employment type: travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide observation and care for post‑operative patients recovering from surgical anesthesia.
• Handle a broad range of patients from pediatrics to adults.
• Develop individualized care plans based on each patient’s condition.
• Monitor critical patients for condition changes and report to the physician.
• Determine when patients are recovered and ready to move to a room.

Requirements

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience (1‑2 years preferred).
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Qualifications

1‑2 years of recent acute care experience; ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds (patient handling may require up to 50 pounds).

Skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 11‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
