About the Role

Travel PACU RN position at Stonecrest Medical Center, a 119-bed Level III trauma center in Smyrna, Tennessee. The facility provides comprehensive surgical and post-anesthesia care for adults and children. Smyrna is located 25 minutes from Nashville, with access to the Country Music Hall of Fame, the local music scene, and Percy Priest Lake for outdoor recreation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia
• Assess vital signs
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe transitions of care

Required Qualifications

• Current Tennessee or Compact RN license
• 2 years of recent PACU experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
• On-call availability required
• Work history should not have more than a 90-day gap in the last year
• SSN and DOB required for submission

Preferred Qualifications

• Meditech EMR experience
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Pay rate: $1629.00 – $1713.00 per week based on 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week (tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
