Travel PACU RN - $1,566 per week

About the role

We are seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and includes weekend rotations and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor patients post-anesthesia
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Provide support to patients and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Document patient care activities in EMR - Meditech

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in PACU or similar setting preferred

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in post-anesthesia recovery
• Detail-oriented and compassionate approach
• Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This position offers a 12-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
