Travel PACU Registered Nurse - $2,421 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care services under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
• Assist with the recovery of patients undergoing anesthesia procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as necessary.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in PACU.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
