About the role
The Great Children's Hospital in Greenville, SC is seeking a travel Peds PACU RN for an ASAP start on 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of patients recovering from anesthesia
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in PACU preferred
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- At least 1 year of relevant post-graduate experience
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving abilities
