Travel PACU Registered Nurse - $1,985 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care services under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
• Assist with monitoring vital signs and administering medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in PACU.
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in area of specialty listed on job.
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background and drug screen.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
