Travel PACU Registered Nurse - $1,777 per week
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The ideal candidate will have solid PACU and ICU experience, as well as the capability to manage post-operative patients effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor patients recovering from anesthesia.
- Provide care for patients post-craniotomy, spine surgeries, thoracotomies, general GI/GU, vascular, and bariatric surgeries.
- Manage ALINEs, chest tubes, and central lines as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
- Previous PACU experience required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Schedule
Schedule 3/12s or 4/9s; one weekend call shift per month
Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
