Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care Clinic in Richland, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and medications relevant to the clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN.
