Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026 in Charlotte, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Michigan.
• At least 2+ years of recent experience in rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Passing scores on the Praxis II exam.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
