Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Woodburn, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
