About the role
Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) providing therapy services in outpatient orthopedic settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help improve mobility, comfort, and activity levels
- Manage a patient load of approximately 13 patients daily
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license
- BLS certification (may be required)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience or recent outpatient clinical experience
- Familiarity with Web PT EMR
