Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,846 per week
About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a placement at ATI Physical Therapy in Central Seattle, Washington. The position is with an outpatient orthopedic clinic where you will work alongside experienced physical therapists to help patients recover from orthopedic injuries, post‑operative procedures, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. The role is new‑grad friendly and offers a full‑time schedule (40 hours/week, 8‑hour day shifts). Seattle provides a vibrant urban environment with easy access to outdoor recreation such as hiking, skiing, kayaking, and Mount Rainier National Park.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility
- Provide manual techniques and therapeutic interventions within PTA scope of practice
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Complete timely documentation in accordance with clinic standards
Requirements
- Current Washington PTA license
- BLS certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates are welcome)
