Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,725 per week
About the role
Critical Connection, Inc is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week position starting July 27, 2026, in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Absorb and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 patient care focused on functional improvement and recovery
- Maintain a watchful eye on patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising PT
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate
- Accurately and timely document treatments and patient progress
- Inform patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active (or pending) state PTA license
- New Grad PTAs welcome
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic / sports medicine setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
