About the role
A Travel Physical Therapy Assistant is needed in Taos, NM. This Physical Therapy Assistant assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by physical therapists.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a physical therapy assistant program.
- Pass a background check.
